Integration Manager - Payroll Transactions

Client has been using Integration manager to import Payroll transactions. The pay rate is embedded in the import file.

lately we noticed that the Pay rate in the import file is being ignored - and the pay rate from the employee - paycode maintenance is populated. If we change the rate to zero in the employee-paycode maintenance then the rate is zero.

Not sure what is the cause of this. The only thing we changed was installed Advanced HR/payroll and configured PTO.

Please advise.

Make sure you have security to the core Dynamics GP window for payroll transactions.

Transactions | Payroll | Transaction Entry. If you installed Advanced Payroll, you probably have security to the advanced window which as a calculate button on it and IM does not like that, you need security to the core GP window with no calculate button, then IM will function fine.
