Parallel SLA working incorrectly. How to monitor or troubleshoot

Hi

We have parallel SLAs running for case entity and with some strange condition, it's not calculating correctly for some records. SLA. Are showing as succeeded where it should have marked as non-compliant.

Is there a way to troubleshoot this behaviour?

    Not sure. It could be a bug at MS code. Troubleshooting is hard. I don't think it keeps which SLA items are applied to the record.

    You have to look at conditions in SLA item.
