It seems that the trigger field of "Record Updated" tile couldn't be a specific value.
I thought there were 2 ways to achieve your requirement:
1. Create a workflow and trigger it when a opportunity is closed as won, then send an activity email with campaign to related contact.
(But activity email is plain and not beautiful)
2. Create a dynamic segment based on Won opportunities and fine their related contacts,
then send marketing campaign email by adding the segment into customer journey:
Firstly enable Opportunity entity to be available in segment relationship:
In Settings > Marketing settings > Marketing data configuration:

Secondly build a segment and find related contact from Won opportunities:
