A Customer wants to remove a method of payment from POS

A Customer wants to remove a method of payment from POS. There are transactions against the payment method and therefore we can't delete it. I tried removing the operation name and running 1070 but no avail.

Any ideas ?

Hi Vipul,

By default, if the payment method have the payment transaction, then you can't delete it.

I suggest you remove the button form POS directly.

Thanks Xusheng, It will still be visible if click Amount Due.

The fix is to remove the 'operation name' and the payment method name on the store.
