I just set up new marketing instance and trying to upload image getting the following error. I followed image specification documentation here - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/marketing/upload-images-files
I am using version - 1.35.4825.0, any help is appreciated.

This error means that there is no msdyncrm_upsertfile entity in your CRM, actually files are stored as msdyncrm_file entity from my test.
Since your instance is new , my suggestion are below:
1. If your instance type is trial, delete it and ask for a new trial instance.
2. If your instance type is sandbox, you could try reset it and test again.
3. If your instance type is production, you could request a support ticket for investigating your instance.
