Flex Time – Hours to Complete

On the Dynamics SL Web Business Portal – Flex Time Entry there is an “Hours to Complete” data entry field that can be shown or hidded.

What is Flex Time Hours to Complete field?

How is the Hours to Complete field stored, and used?

Does the Hours to Complete field appear on any of the Dynamcis SL screens/reports?

    Hello Ed,

The Hours to Complete is the amount of work (percentage or number of hours) remaining for you to complete the task.  Hours to Complete displays the most recent entry regardless of the cell selected in the grid. For example, hours were entered for Monday and the Hours to Complete was set to 20.0. On Tuesday, Hours to Complete was set to 18.0.When you click on the Monday column, Hours to Complete displays 18.0 since it is the most recent entry.

This information is stored in the PJlabdet table in the ld_id19 field. I looked at the Time Card Report and didn't see the Hours to Complete on that report.  I'm not sure if it appears in any of the other reports.
