
Hello everyone,
My client is facing the following problem. Once we send the OFFER out to the candidate, when the candidate sings into Talent, he receives a notification " Error; The offer does no longer exist, please contact your administrator or recruiter".
We had the same issue few weeks ago, with no official response from Microsoft on whether it was a bug or something else. Does anyone else facing the same issue?

Hi Maria,
I'm also facing this. what I did is delete all cookies and files in the browser, start a InPrivate session (preferably Chrome or even better, the new Edge Chromium) and then ask the customer to access the link in the email and not the link in the candidate's portal.
