E-mail purchase order to vendor in dynamics Ax 2012 R3

Hi, I have set up the necessary steps to email purchase order to vendor however when I click on the confirmation on Purchase order and click ok (Use Print Management destinations already ticked) I get an error message " Vendor email address with purpose Purchase order not found". I have checked again the set up at Procurement Print Management and Vendor Print management they looks ok. Please help.

    Does vendor have email with required purpose in his contact details ?

    Yes I have checked.

    Wish I could print screen for you to have a look but I can't paste it here.

    Another error message says "The email address in the To field is not valid. I have checked the email seems to be valid

    What CU are you on? I had the same issue like 3 years ago and we applied a hotfix to resolve it.

    I will search for the hotfix info. However, let me know what CU you are on will help.

    If your on CU13 you might want to try hotfix in below link.

    Also look at link below. Which states The print management only supports contact information added directly on the vendor, not indirectly on the vendor contacts as they are assigned to a purchase order.
