could you please help me to resolve the issue

Hi,

Please try the options below

1. Try using a different browser.

2. Change a setting in the browser, namely "Display Mixed Content" from "Prompt" to "Enable".

If the above resolutions don't work for you, try raising a support ticket with MS.

You may want to try clearing your cache.

Also check your security role. You will need either a system customizer or system administrator role.
