If so, can you provide some answers to the questions that Derek has asked. Until more information is available the community will have a hard time making any good suggestions toward a solution.

It is possible that 'Error registering table' error is caused by a reports or forms dictionary file so you'll want to remove them from the equation to rule them out.
Sometimes a dexsql.log helps give more information as to the error as the above doesn't give us really enough to go on.
Other information that would be useful would be:
--When does this error occur?
--Do all users including SA get this error?
--Does this error occur on all companies, including the sample TWO/Fabrikam, Inc.?
--Does this error occur on all machines that Dynamics GP is installed onto?
--Are there any third-party products installed for use with Dynamics GP? If so, remove them from the Dynamics.set file and verify you still get the error.
