GP Bank Reconciliation "Difference" Figure not $0.00

Hello:

What are some reasons as to why the "Difference" figure in Select Bank Transactions would not be $0.00.

As usual, there is a client that cannot find this difference, and I'm not sure what else to tell them after they reviewed the standard Bank Rec reports and SmartList.

That "Difference" figure is the ending balance amount minus your withdrawals + your deposits. Did they enter the correct value for the ending balance and then do the amounts for payments and deposits match the bank statement? You should not need Smartlist for that. Make sure there are no hidden bank fees that were not accounted for in the reconciliation process.

I don't understand your question. I mean, it's the "Difference" figure at the bottom of Select Bank Transactions that I'm talking about.
