Yodlee - Royal Bank of Scotland Business

Hi All,

I have been using the Yodlee bank feed to try and link to the bank account in order to get transactions into Business Central from the bank specified, however from the list of Yodlee banks I can only see RBS Credit Card and Royal Bank of Scotland Personal accounts, surely there has to be a RBS / Royal Bank of Scotland Business account login?

    Hi Andrew,

    I wouldn't be to surprised if the bank is not listed there.  From what I have experienced in using this service, is the bank feed is a new process and not majorly deployed.  Even with banks being listed as functioning, I have had issues with.

    After working with Microsoft on this, Yodlee is not managed by them and is a 3rd party company to Microsoft.  They will reach out them, and its up to Yodlee if there is enough business to warrant building a connection and working with the bank.  

    I would recommend you open a case with Microsoft Support, who will contact Yodlee for you and inquire, but my best guess if the bank is not listed, then submit it as a product idea and check back every so often.

    Please note that Yodlee is only support in the US and Canada:

    The Envestnet Yodlee Bank Feeds service is only supported in the United States and Canada. Only banks residing in these countries are supported, even though banks from other countries may appear in the Envestnet Yodlee Bank Feeds bank selection window in Business Central.

    Hi Andrew,

    We are looking for alternatives or options to re-implement the feature for UK banks, but we don’t have a time frame available.

    In case there is new information for UK banks, the above mentioned page will be updated.

    Currently I am not aware of available alternatives.

    Strange.  Xero works fine with the Yodlee feed from the Royal Bank of Scotland.  Could you check again? :-)
