If you have setup a (financial) dimension or customer group/classification group, representing the business units, you can use it for filtering on reports.
Let me try
which report will gave me the list of customers created for specific BU.
My friend you can use this report
AR - Reports - Customer - Customers or customer Base data
don't forget to make filter for business unit

You can use the customer base data report.
This Report allows you filtering by business unit and provides you all customer that are created for a specific BU.
It is, however, not a list but more a summary report but just take a look yourself.

it will be as summary if you export to Excel than make column filter in Excel for Customer Account

In my Customer base data report customer does not have values for BU. I think BU dimension does not linked to customer at time of creation.
Do I understand you correctly that you want to have a list of your customers that currently have a specific business unit assigned?
Or are you interested in a list of your customers that ever had a specific business unit assigned but might now have a different one assigned?
Currently I took from sales order list and filtered for specific BU.
