Insights tab not visible

Insights tab is visible in Contact form of our UAT environment, But not in developer environment Contact form.As you can see in the below image insights tab is not visible in Contact Form.

And in UAT insights is visible as see below

And i have searched iv_connector webresource in UAT(as suggested from https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/150531), that is also not visible in Webresources.

Yet insights tab is loading in UAT environment.

As in the case of Developer environment ,there is no iv_connector and no insights tab.But we require insights tab in Developer environments as well.

Any help is highly appreciated.
