Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

I plan on closing calendar year in GP10 AP - but will need to edit 1099 amounts after the calendar year close - do I close the tax year as the check list says or will it stop me from editing the 1099's Thanks

Hello Debra,

You can still edit the 1099 amounts after closing the year in Payables. You can edit them in the 1099 Details window on the Month option. After closing the year the Year option will be grayed out so you cant make a change to the entire year. You will have to make the edit per month instead.
