Restoring a GP Company database when using MR's Datamart

I haven't found any information on this, but since MR's datamart uses SQL Server Change Tracking, we have discovered that it is a problem to restore a Dynamics GP Company database, because then the DDM is no longer in sync with the company.

Does anyone know the proper sequence of steps to follow, when restoring a GP database in an environment that is using MR's DDM?

We have been removing the datamart, restoring the company database, and then restoring the datamart.  However, this makes restoring a database much more interruptive than we would like in a production environment, and I am looking for a quicker method.

Thanks!

We actually cover this in our new Management Reporter book.  You are following the correct process.  You must delete the old DataMart and create a new one with the data from the restored database.

Thank you, Richard.  I hate that answer, though!  Thank you again.
