Action Pack Dynamics issues

Is anybody who has a Microsoft Action pack having issues with instances in Dynamics 365?

I set up a dynamics instance months ago and had to step away from it. It is no longer there now.

Also I cannot add modules or create customisations and configuration changes to any new instance I create.

My subscription does not run out until May.
