Inventory OH incorrect

Hi. 

Could someone help us the case below. Currently, available quantity at on hand list form showing negative. we checked transaction on this item total input and output is matching but we don't know why the available physical showing negative. Please see picture below.

The issue only happened from two ago. We are facing a lot of item with this issue.

    Hi Qian,

    As second picture I snapshot, I have two transaction one Work,status receipt is purchased, one Sales order issue status is deducted. Totally inbound is 2 pcs, outbound is 2 pcs. So the onhand Available is zero. Currently it is showing (2) like picture one.

    Hi Giang,

    Do the transaction records display all the dimensions as the on-hand form?

    Which version are you using?

    It seem to be a bug, please create a ticket on LCS.

    does your item allow physical negative? seems like

    could you extract transaction details for all applicable inventory dimensions for the day and then consider totallling qty

    Do you only have two inventory transactions or did you just show these two as you think yourself it should be related to one of these?

    You can try to run a consistency check for the inventory and enable the option to fix errors for the on-hand.

    Hi Luis,

    You'll find the Consistency check tool in the Sys Admin module. Set it to Check mode, and set it to run for On-hand and Inventory transactions. Click on the Item line, the open the Dialog to set it to run for only the item in your screenshot.

    Does it report anything interesting? I would be best if you could run this in a test environment first (that is, a test environment that exhibits the problem you are having).

    Hi Andre,

    As my picture posted above the items only have two transactions one inbound 2 pcs, one outbound 2 pcs that means on hand form for this item is blank. However, it is showing negative -2 pcs. I run consistency check as your advised. the result still show -2.

    Hi Terry,

    I had run consistency check tool but the result sill didn't change. After run consistency the available physical still negative. I created the ticket severity A to MS for support but they are searching. Currently, we are facing about 200 items with the same issue. We are preparing stock count yearly. It is very difficult for us at that time.....

    Hi Luis,

    I could find a similar issue on LCS issue search, but that is related to version 7.3. What exact version are you using? You mentioned you have the issue only recently. Did something changed before? E.g. a new deployable package was installed?

    Hi Andre,

    We are using version 10.0.5. We deployed a package for our customization but it is not relation to dimension, inventsum, whsinventreserve….

    After we contact with MS guys many times and show very details  case by case. They provided us a hotfix KB 4531754

    fix.lcs.dynamics.com/.../Details

    After deployment complete we had run consistency again. All items fixed on hand stock. Now, our on hand showed correctly. We can close this topic. Many thanks for your contribute your idea.
