Dynamic 2010 - Document being edited

While open the document geting the error message is that 'This transaction isbeing edited by another user'. How to clear this issue to recover the document.

Hi Sukumaran,

First make sure that there is no one is opening/modifying this document (Preferred that all users exit GP) than try to re-open it. If the same error appear than go to the second resolution:

Please make sure that all users are logged out than do backup for dynamics and company database after that run the followings:

DELETE DYNAMICS..ACTIVITY DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00800 DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00801 DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_LOCK DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_SESSION Finally try to open the document and send us your feedback. Regards, Elie
