Hi all,

I need to ad text information on all invoices with currency EUR.

How is the best way to do this?

Is Page Header setup - Information line the right way?

If so, how do I make it work?

or do you have other better solutions?

Is it a fixed text or will the text variate from invoice to invoice?

The easiest way is to manually add invoice lines on the invoice or sales order with the type comment.

You could also look into using extented texts or standard recurring lines.

Or if it is standard text you want to print on any invoice with the currency of EUR you can look into building it into the invoice report. But that requires customization.

As Inge suggests, I would also check if standard texts are a solution.

In your screenshot I think this Page Header Setup is a custom page, not standard. So the developer of that page can add code in the required reports to include that info in the dataset and layout(s).

I agree with Steven,

This appears to be a custom page from an extension, not a standard page. If you use Ctrl-Alt-F1 on the page you will see which extension is installed. That will help identify who you need to get support from.
