HQ USA needs Dynamics 365 in Switzerland

Hi Folks, 

Our company has a headquarters in the US with one tenant and Microsoft 365 licenses. Now a branch office in Switzerland would need to open the CRM Dynamics 365 service in the cloud. Is it possible to open CRM Dynamics 365 with the location Switzerland in the same tenant or do we need to open a dedicated new tenant in Switzerland?

    Hi Sandro Cruz,

    If you use a singular tenant all environments for the single customer tenant will be set up in the geography where the account was initially signed up and this may result in performance problems and localisation issues for the new Switzerland environments. A multi-tenant deployment is the best approach in this scenario.
