We just upgraded to 2013 and I did an updated forecast and uploaded all the files to GP as usual but when I change the column definition in management reporter it is not pulling the updated forecast information?

What is the version of MR under Help -> About and are you running the data mart or legacy integration? There was an issue with older versions of the MR data mart where updating the budget in GP would not be reflected in MR. This issue has been resolved with the most recent version of MR:
mbs.microsoft.com/.../MROverview
If you cannot upgrade at this time, refreshing the data mart database should temporarily correct the issue.
