Your tenant doesn't have a Dynamics 365 organization installed.

I am trying to configure marketing app in production environment of D365 but getting an error "Your tenant doesn't have a Dynamics 365 organization installed." There is no help from MS support team (Called twice with the promise of callback in an hour, not sure what is the meaning of "1 Hour"). We had beta version of marketing app which is expired and we can reset production instance.

    Hi,

    Have you raised the service incident from MS Admin Center? They should follow you with the case id. Actually you could ask Supporting team to extend the beta version of marketing app for nearly a month. Hope it would help.

    Can you please tell me what the URL is of the Dynamics 365 CRM production environment that you're trying to load Dynamics 365 for Marketing on?  Also can you please tell me what type of license you are using e.g. do you have 10 or more C+E licenses and are trying to install the Attach or the standalone?  And if you have a ticket number from support you could provide that would help me as well.
