Hello,
Coming from a Dynamics 365 background I am often used to being able to create a plugin to perform calculations for fields.
My requirement is to be able to implement a calculation on a int field (BradfordFactor).
From what I can see I can only create individual fields with no extra logic behind them. Do I need to build a flow or PowerApp to calculate them instead?

Do you know if I am able to add the custom field to the My Information / My Team sections in employee self service?
There is no possibility to add a custom field there. I tried but it's not working.
You can only add a link to open the Power App, but not as new individual field on a form.
