Dynamics 365 online instance setup

Hi Friends,

I have a question regarding the Dynamics 365 online instance setup, if we choose "None of these option" during installation does it install/configure all the required entities like Account,Case, Lead etc, what will be the difference if we select any application like sales, customer service or select none?

    Hi,

    If you select any of the APPs, then your CRM will be customized for that module i.e. if you select Sales, you will get Sales, if you select Marketing, you will get Marketing etc. If you select 'None' then your CRM will not be customized with any app and you will get the core version of Sales, Marketing & Service module. So you will get all the default entities like Account, Contact, Opportunity, Case, Lead etc.

    I generaly select none for my trials unless I am need any specific app.
