Configuration Dynamics CRM Mobiles Issue

Hi there,

When I try to configure Dynamics 365 for phones and Dynamics 365 for tablets with help this url. As per suggestion I'm trying to give READ privilege below, but the controls are not displaying here. I did not understand what setting I missed. Please find below screen shot which is look like

Custom Control
Custom Control Default Config
Custom Control Resource

Hi M2012, that is strange as the circle is missing for System Administrator in these entities for Read privilege. However, in my case sys admin can login into mobile app and other users cannot.
