Relationship Behavior/ cascading error in July Update

I have an instance that is after the July Update. After I change the Relationship Behavior from "Parental" to "Configurable Cascading" ,change the settings and click "save and close",

the "type of behavior" will be changed to system and I cannot change it to other types again.

I also tried to do the same action on the same entity and same relationship in other instance that is before July update, it worked fine in that instance.

I am working with opportunity.

This is what I have in the instance after July update, which prevents me from changing the setting again.

This is what I have in the instance of Version 1612 (8.2.2.128), which allows me to change the setting.

exact version number of the instance? (like 9.x.x.x)
