    Hi Monty,

For more information I would recommend clicking on the Download Log button once it is available and share the text of that in this thread for more verbose error information. I set a reply notification for your post so I should see when it comes through.

    Sincerely,

Try different browsers or try deleting the cache.

    Hi Monty,

If this is due to an SSL certificate error I expect the web browser console should pick it up. To determine this

    1.  Press F12 on your browser while on the page before taking the action that generates the error.

    2. Navigate to the Console Tab of the Browser Tools as per the screenshot below

    browser-tools.png

    3. Check for any error messages and/or share a screen shot as appropriate

    Sincerely,

    LoriBeth Blair

Any idea as to why I would not be able to qualify a lead and am getting this generic error

    Hi Monty,

I do not appear to be able to divine anything from the entrails of that message in the debugger. The console should be where the error would appear if it is something that can be detected by the browser's developer tools. If this is for an On-Premise CRM installation you may want to have the admin enable Error Tracing while you perform the action generating the error to get more verbose error logging information.

The article below from Microsoft Support contains additional information about how the Error Tracing can be turned on.
