Hi ,
I have created site map for my package . When my client install my site map .some of the client menu will be removed .
Could any one please advice me how to create the site map without affecting any client menu ?

If you are using multiple managed solutions sometimes its happen that your changes is not overriting in the target environment due to merged solution policy. So in that case I would suggest you can directly open site map editor from XRMtoolBox and update directly .

Firstly,do you share the same CRM version?
Secondly , if the client menu is already customized by managed solution, your managed solution may cover client's existed customization. You could refer to the following article:
