Onmicrosoft account and outlook intregation

I am working with some developers who say they cannot fix this issue.

Currently we log onto Dynamics CRM using our onmicrosoft account.

We log onto outlook and other microsoft applications using our owner domain email accounts.

We need CRM and Outlook to work together but due to both being on different domains they are not.

What would be the solution to get the two domains working together?

Any help would be great.
