Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

Bank deposit to be posted as one transaction at a time instead of a total deposit

I would like to post deposits of the banking transactions in Dynamics GP as stand alone transactions. I know it always posts as a total for that date but just wondering if there is any way to post it as a unique transaction  (for each one).

    There are only 2 ways I can think this would work:

    1) You enable the option to "Automatically post cash receipt deposits" under the Company Setup Options window (Administration > Setup > Company > Company : Options button), with the caveat being that cash receipts would need to be posted individually, or

    2) You create a deposit per receipt in the Bank Deposit Entry window, this is, you click a cash receipt at a time.

    Hi Mariano, so basically there is no solution.

    Actually, I am creating customer advance deposits which are not yet in AR through SOP Orders and I needed to track each deposit in the bank account. I think I might have to post one by one or create a macro to post one transaction at a time.
