Update Availability in Sandbox

I created a sandbox for upgrade testing by copying the 19.5 production environment. It has been six hours and there are still no updates available. The production environment shows 20.0 available and that is what I would expect to see as that is what I have done in the past. Is there a way to push the update t the environment?
