Conditional Color Highlight on Stacked Bar Chart using Crystal Reports 2008

I have a custom Inventory Movement report made in Crystal Reports 2008.  It includes stacked bar charts.  In the Chart Expert, the Data tab is set to change on Movement Class and show the value of the Total Cost.  On the Options tab, color chart color is selected.  I have 5 movement classes and the Color Highlights tab has separate conditions for each movement class to have its own color.  In Chart Options, the Legend tab has color mode set to color by series.  Everything looks like it should print correctly from Crystal Reports, however when I generate the report from the ROI the colors are not even close to what I specified.

Any ideas?

RE: Conditional Color Highlight on Stacked Bar Chart using Crystal Reports 2008

Suggested correction from SAP Community Network for Crystal Reports - apparently this problem is a known issue in Crystal Reports 2008 SP3 (our version is 12.3.1.684).  Supposedly the solution is to load FixPack 3.4 or higher.

Does anyone know where I can get Crystal updates?  You have to have a support plan to get it from the SAP website.

Further information...the colors appears to be defined correctly when looking at the chart in Crystal Reports using Design mode, however when using the Preview mode the colors change.  This is not just a Solomon issue, this is something specific in Crystal.  I have not been able to figure it out and need some help.
