See all assigned records of a User

I have following question. When one of our User is leaving the company, we have to assign all his assigned records (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads etc.) to a different User. We always have to export them and send them to his manager and he tells us, who to assign it to.

We always do that via advanced search and export every entity one by one. This is a bit time consuming. Is there a way (maybe a xrmtoolbox tool) to select the User and then see all records of every entity he has?
