Item Tracking in sales orders

Hi,

My sales order line quantity = 100
Quantity-To-Ship                  =     8

On-hand quantity

Lot 1 - 50
Lot 2 - 50

When I go to do the Item tracking.  Select Entries page shows the whole 100 quantities in the selected quantity field.
Then manually need to adjust the quantities to suit the Quantity-To-Ship.

How can I allocate Item Tracking only to the Quantity-to-ship in the Select Entries page? Is there any setup I have missed

I have the same question (0)

In item tracking entries, system selects the Lot number for the whole quantity that is on the Sales Line.
You can provide the Qty. to Handle in the Item Tracking lines (1st picture) - this quantity will be shipped from this Lot No.

    Hi all,

Therefore, since there is no standard way to do the Item Tracking only for the 'Quantity-To Ship', the only way to Item Track for the 'Quantity-To Ship' is to do a customization rite??

what KasparsSemjonovs suggested is standard BC function, not an extension. e.g. user puts 100 qty on a sales line, but the inventory only have 8 available to ship. in this case, user fills 8 in qty to handle field, and BC will reduce 8 from 100. This would be displayed in undefined column.
