How to add stakeholders and sales team in account

Add a Connection subgrid on your Account form using the OOB All Sales Team Members view (the same as used on Opportunities).
You'll get a similar subgrid as on Opportunities
The difference is that you'll have to go through the regular "Connect to other" sequence in the Connections Associated View. So not nearly as smooth as the Opportunity grids I'm afraid.

I'm assuming you refer to the Stakeholders and Sales Team subgrids on the Opportunity form and you'd like similar subgrids on you Account form.
The subgrids on the Opportunity form are created using connections but these specific subgrids have additional functionality which cannot be used anywhere else.
You can use connections between Account and Users(sales team) or Contacts(stakeholders) and subgrids for adding similar lists to your Account form - but the user experience of adding members to these grids won't be as smooth as on the Opportunity form.
