I have a macro to switch from Age by doc date to age by due date. I have it assigned to the F12 key. It works beautifully for sa but it does not work for any other user. Is there security I need to set somewhere?

Assigning macros to keys is a user-defined profile setting. You actually need to do it for each individual user.
This is where still utilising the User Classes could come in handy (I haven't tested this in later versions) but you used to be able to group shortcuts etc under the user class folder on the Navigation Pane. If you are logged in as sa, you should be able to drag the macro shortcut into the User Class folder and all users assigned to that class would then have it - assuming that the pathname to the saved macro is valid on their workstation.
Hi Brenda,
May i know the screen in which the macro fails for other users?
