Hi All,

My work is created but looks like it is failing to process Pick location directive and hence is the location blank on the pick work line.

Location directive set up is as below

This is the one it is supposed to pick.

I have the same question (0)

Do you have anything in either of the two queries of the location directive?  I’m assuming the item is batch enabled?  What’s the status of the inventory that you have on hand?

Does the work creation history report show anything meaningful?

When I have trouble with location directives I start off as broad as possible and keep adding different criteria until it errors or I figure out the issue. You might try creating a new simpler one and move it higher in the list to make sure it gets picked.  That way you don’t have to delete the other.

The same set up works in a different environment, except that the item doesn't have a fixed location assigned and the locations are not assigned to a Zone.

Will this be a if locaiton has a zone assigned to it?

What location is the inventory in?  I don’t think a zone or fixed location is your problem. The location that it’s sitting in doesn’t have a profile that you are excluding in the query does it?
