Hi experts,

I'm tried to import Credit card transactions and received error as below:

"Results. The credit card import can't be completed because Card number 0001 is not mapped to an employee. To continue, map the card to an employee.
Results. Validations failed while writing entity record"

I already setup the credit card number for employee:

    Hi ThuNgo,

Please check if the value inserted be the same in the Excel file to be imported.

For the system shows only the last 4 numbers of the credit card, but it contains all the card number.

    regards

    Hi,

Thank you, i think it is because my setting for Credit card number is only has 4 numbers (as displayed on the screen).

I changed the setting into 5 numbers and could import successfully.

    Best regards,

    Thu

    Hi all,

I've the same issue, the credit card number is 1111222233334444, I did the same way as suggested ----- to make sure the same number entered in the import template and in the employee credit card configuration, however, I still get the same error message when I import the credit card transaction via data management.

Could anyone help with this card?

    Thank you so much!
