I got reference of how to export and import projects in D365 f&O from the below link:

But what if, I want to compare objects in axpp file with the objects already present in the application. How to compare code and objects?

I don't think it's possible while importing the objects using axpp files. Having version control solves the all tracking requirements. If you want you can also compare two files locally (latest with previous versions locally) refer www.visualstudio.com/.../compare-files
