Hi everyone,

First of all, i'm sorry for my english, but i am not a native speaker.

Unfortunatly, i'm not a CRM expert either ( far from that actually... )

I have a simple question : Is it possible to create a new contact from incoming emails?

I guess the answer is yes, because on one of the on-premise CRM 2013 that i'm working on, this option is available

(Option (Set personal options)< email < Automatically create records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.)

I just wonder how i can actually have the same option on all the others CRM2013 i'm working on...

Hi ! First of all, thank you for your answer ! Unfortunatly, i do not have a 365 solution, but a crm2013 on premise solution. rule to create and update records automatically does not exist, it's a case recording option.
