So far, it has established 7 modernized manufacture plant in Feshan, Shaoxing, Beijing, Nanjing, Qingdao, Chengdu and Suzhou, costing total investment of more than 60 million dollars. Colorful tile production capacity is 80 million. In 2001, Monier introduced the concept of roofing system. It integrates all components, including roofing fittings. Therefore, it offers a systematic solution for this market. It covers roofing tile (concrete tile, figuline tile), roofing heat preservation, roofing energy saving, roofing water proofing and drain, roofing ventilation and roofing fixture. The famous brands of Yinghong and CERIS belong to it.

From March, 2007,The company has become an independent company. The French PE has 65% shares .

one of Fortune 500. Founded in 1833, it has over 170 years history. As a leader in construction material industry, it won great position in cement, skeletal material and concrete. It has 90,000 employees in more than 76 countries, with its 17.6 billion annual sales in 2007.


At present, Monier are facing these problem in business management:


 In the past, there is no records of what salespeople have done in projects. It is very hard for salespeople to summarize their work. And the project information is very to be lost. As for the executives in different levels, they didn’t know what the salespeople are doing, and cannot control the business, neither. Managers didn’t understand the project process, and the project management were terrible.

 Salespeople is the only role who understand the project process. But they always forgot to report to their supervisors. They tracked several projects in the same time. So it’s very difficult for them to take good care of all projects. No project knowledge, no sales support. Losing order and next opportunity were very common.
