Has anyone figured out how to handle the 9.5% W-2 deduction for ACA?

The individual Employee coverage can to be 9.5% of W-2 Box 1 (with a monthly cap, which is a problem too for bi weekly payroll)          NOT                Gross Earnings.

So you have to get 401k pretax and dependent coverage etc out of gross before it can be calculated.

We have played with sequencing and exemptions to no avail.
