Feature Pack 2 installation problem.

I am trying to update the Dynamics RMS system to Feature Pack 2. I've followed the pre installation instructions provided with the update, but when I go to run the installer on the PC, I got an error "To install and run Feature Pack 2, you must have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 or later installed on all computers where Microsoft Dynamics RMS is installed"
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 is installed in the PC (Windows 7 with latest updates).

Did you encounter this issue before?

    which RMS update version are at currently?

    try uninstalling than restart PC and reinstall .NET 3.5

    or just install .NET 4.5, this is what I have on my pc with windows 7 Pro
