Data task automation tool - multiple test case setup error

Hello guys,

I'm currently dealing with DTAT (aka Data Task Automation Tool) and I'm a little lost on its configuration. Long story short, I identified 8 test cases and for everyone of them I uploaded a data package on LCS. When trying to run those cases, the only one that ends with success is the first - for the remaining 7, the error log tells me "Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: i". See below:

It's a weird message and I honestly don't know what's that "i" Parameter... But I suppose it's something related to how I configured the xml manifest. This is how I modeled my test cases (excerpt form case 1 to case 4):

Oddly enough, if I try to run the test cases separately (I also have one single manifest for each of them) I find no issues at all. So I'm pretty sure the problem lies on the "global" manifest.

Did anyone of you encounter similar issues? Have you got some insights and/or best practices to follow?

Thanks everyone for stopping by!

    Hi Gian,

If you can reproduce the issue, please submit a support ticket to Microsoft CSS to dig further.

    Thanks,

    Hello!

I managed to resolve it by myself. As I thought, the XML structure was not correct. I tried few more times before finding the right way to configure it.

    Thank you for you feedback.
