Unable to attach files in AX 2009 - Enterprise Portal

Good day gents.

Some of the end users are facing an issue with the documents attachment. While trying to attach a file, after clicking on attach receipt, the page is redirected to the list of reports instead of the EPDocuFileAdd.aspx page. I believe this is related to user security since other users with higher privileges are able to do the doc attaching. I checked the user groups along with the permissions, and it seems to be fine, unless I missed something. I've gave the full access permission to the Expense Management section in the user group permission, and yet the issue is not solved. Is there any other permissions I need to have a look at?.

it's fixed now. Digged more in the permissions and privileges.
