calculate SumMarkup during salesinvoice Posting in AX 2012?

What exactly do you mean with SumMarkup? Can you give more information? Have a look at the Markup class, maybe this is what you are after?

SumMarkup is field in CustInvoiceJour Table I want to update this according to my need and second i want to know where this field is populated in AX default behaviour.
Sorry, but we can't tell you how to do update it according your needs because we don't know your needs. If you don't explain your scenario, there is nothing we can do for you.
Use cross references to find out where a field is used.

Dear Martin,
I have attached screenshot and circled total charges. Field behind total charges is custInvoiceJour.SumMarkup. I am unable to find where this field is populated during Sales invoice. I have debugged sales invoices classes also but could not find this field mapping.
