Hello,
I created a custom activity entity but from some reason I'm unable to add it to the activity list view
My user can create the activities, but it does not appear on activity list
Any ideas why I am seeing all the other activities but not mine
When you create custom activity it is not added to all of applications by default. To add this activity to your app - open app in the App Designer and add your custom entity to the list of available entities, Save App and Publish App (in your case it's "Customer Service Hub").

Agree with Andrew.
After creating the custom activity entity, we need to add it into the app designer.
Go to Advanced Settings > My Apps, open the app designer.
Click Entities, select the custom activity entity and you will see the entity is added to the left. Save and publish.
Then this entity will appear in the activity list view.
