Email logging on the Web Client

If a salesperson is using the NAV Web Client but has an Exchange email account does the email logging work (if set up correctly)?

    Hi Helen,

    As far as I know Email Logging is a background process accomplished by NAS using Job Queue.

    The Process runs on the server and is not dependent on the client agent or machine.
