
Our customer has four authorized check signers. They want to rotate whose name is printed on the checks based on who is in the office that day. Is there a way on A/P and Payroll checks to be able to select which signature gets printed?
The only way I can think of doing it is to set up the various formats so they print the same, and add a different signature to each. Then they choose by the format.

I have the same question (0)If you want to do it manually, then all you need to do is create a shortcut that calls a report with a particular signature on it. Is this what you are trying to do? If you want this to select automatically, I am not aware of a software that will do that.
