How to add several signatures to a check and be able to select which signature prints on a particular check run

Our customer has four authorized check signers.  They want to rotate whose name is printed on the checks based on who is in the office that day.  Is there a way on A/P and Payroll checks to be able to select which signature gets printed?

The only way I can think of doing it is to set up the various formats so they print the same, and add a different signature to each.  Then they choose by the format.

Thank you

If you want to do it manually, then all you need to do is create a shortcut that calls a report with a particular signature on it. Is this what you are trying to do? If you want this to select automatically, I am not aware of a software that will do that.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie
